Ron Dupee serves as the Chief of Police for the City of Fairbanks, Alaska. He began his law enforcement career with the Unalaska Department of Public Safety in 2002 and joined the Fairbanks Police Department in 2005. Over the course of his career, he has held a variety of assignments, including Corrections Officer, Patrol Officer, Traffic Officer, Field Training Officer, Sergeant, and Lieutenant.

Chief Dupee is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, Session 279. He is an active member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and the FBI National Academy Associates (FBINAA).
